Heather is one of the friendly voices you’ll hear when you call Knights Insurance! She helps our clients with billing questions, policy changes, and the everyday details that help keep their insurance running smoothly. She enjoys getting to know our clients and making sure they feel taken care of when they call the office.

Outside of work, Heather is a busy mom of three boys. When she gets a chance to enjoy some downtime, you can often find her spending time with her fiancé — especially riding on the back of the motorcycle and enjoying the open road.
