Dawn is one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) at Knights Insurance Agency. She helps clients with policy changes, billing questions, glass and roadside claims, and everyday insurance needs. Whether you have a question about your coverage, need help making updates to your policy, or need assistance getting a glass or roadside claim started, Dawn is always happy to help and make the process as easy as possible.

Outside of the office, Dawn enjoys hitting the trails in her Jeep, singing karaoke, golfing, relaxing around a bonfire with family and friends, and making the most of Michigan's great outdoors.
