Knights Insurance was founded in 1988 in Cass City, Michigan. We are a 2nd generation family business whose mission is to serve our clients and our community to the best of our abilities.  We base every decision on the following: Is it honest, fair, and true; and is this decision right for our client, the company, and the agency.

Our staff is proactive in making sure your needs are met long after the sale of a policy. We do this by assisting when they are making policy changes or inquiries, encouraging client renewal reviews, as well as assisting throughout the claim process.

We’re focused on building a lifelong relationship with you. Our entire team is dedicated to you so there is no worry that "your agent" isn't available. We are your one point of contact, unlike mass marketing insurance companies where you’ll speak with a call center representative who doesn’t know you. We believe that insurance should be personalized and not automated.
